Spencer & Tully | Mornington Peninsula family photographer
April 26, 2013Emma and Shaun’s beautiful family. Spencer first captured my heart when I photographed him at about 6 month old. I think I fall in love with every child I photograph, and every family I meet. They come in the door as clients, and leave as friends. I truly do feel blessed to have a job like this where I not only get to photograph gorgeous families, I get to do it again and again over the years and watch as these beautiful babies grow into happy fun loving, energetic and cheeky kids.

I love to let the natural moments unfold infront of my camera. From the way a mummy will snuggle her newborn to calm him, the way a baby will crawl away mid shot or a toddler will take off running. Those perfectly imperfect moments. I never get frustrated by them (I wouldn’t work with children and babies if I did!), I embrace them, I adore them. The expressions of love and surprise that follow are usually some of my favourite images. Liked this one below of Evie, giggling as she headed straight to her mummas warm arms. Perfect.

I’m excited to share a sneak peek of Warwick and Tash’s gorgeous wedding. They were married on their farm at Mirboo North, followed by their reception in town. I love it when a couple make their day truly about them and their lives, and not just follow tradition or do something because it’s the norm. Tash adores her horses, and her sweet little daughter Jane is following in mummy’s footsteps, growing up on and around them. So of course horses had to be a big part of their day. The girls all rode in on horseback, to their beautiful, emotional ceremony with amazing views. Afterwards we wandered around the farm for some photos, before heading into town to their reception. Warwick and Tash, thank you for letting me a part of your day, capturing your memories for you xx

Studio Cake | Mornington Peninsula photographer
April 6, 2013I recently had the pleasure of photographing Debbi from Studio Cake‘s stunning Mothers Day celebration shoot. I’ve worked with Debbi many times over the years now, and her work never ceases to amaze me. Her vision, creativity, imagination, eye for detail and perfectionism come together in her creations that taste every bit as good as they look! As you can see her Mothers Day collection is just stunning.

Meet adorable little Ben. One little boy who loves the beach. I met him and his mummy and daddy on the beach for some early morning play time and he had a wonderful time. We certainly wore him out until he was ready for his nap. He’s such a happy, content little boy, who just adores being outside, and I adored spending my morning with him too.
Jessie & Johnny | Hickenbotham of Dromana
March 30, 2013Jessie & Johnny were married back in November, and I’ve just realised I didn’t blog their wedding! They are an awesome couple, and I adored sharing their wedding day with them. The boys prepared in Mount Martha, while the girls were in Langwarrin. Their beautiful ceremony, photos and reception were all held at Hickenbotham of Dromana. Thanks Jessie and Johnny for trusting me with your amazing memories. xx
